About Us

Kamala Institute of Technology & Science(KITS)

Under the broad policy framework of extending technical education in the state, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTU) Hyderabad, Telangana, India has promoted the establishment of several colleges in rural areas. Kamala Institute of Technology & Science(KITS) established at Singapur, Huzurabad emerged out of this vision to impart quality technical education that is very relevant to rural development. It was established in the year 1997 and managed by Kamala Education Society, an association with a generous vision of providing quality education for ardent seekers of knowledge.

Civil Engineering Department is the youngest Department in the college as far as UG courses are concerned.
